Welcome to Yarnz! By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yarnz, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Yarnz allows users to collaboratively create, share, and view stories. You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

Post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, or otherwise violates applicable law.
Attempt to disrupt the app or access content without authorization.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Yarnz. By using the app, you grant Yarnz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content within the app.

Yarnz does not claim ownership of your content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is reported/flagged.

5. Blocking and Reporting

Users may block other users. Blocking removes access to your stories, chat, and profile for the blocked user and anonymizes their past contributions.
Users may report content or users for policy violations. Content reaching a reporting threshold may be automatically hidden, and the admin will review via backend notifications.
You may not abuse the reporting or blocking systems.

6. Content Guidelines

Do not post content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.
Yarnz reserves the right to remove any content at any time, with or without notice, if it violates these Terms or community standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yarnz is provided "as is." We are not responsible for content posted by users or any loss or damages arising from the use of the app.

8. Privacy

Your use of Yarnz is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
