How do I delete my account?
Open the app, tap your avatar in the top right, then scroll to the bottom of your profile page. Tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. Deletion is permanent.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link shortly. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
How do I report another user?
Visit the user's profile and tap the Report button. You can also report individual story turns from within a story. Our team reviews all reports.
Can I recover a story or turn I deleted?
Deleted content cannot be recovered. Please be certain before deleting anything.
How do competitions work?
Every week, Yarnz runs writing competitions across different categories. Stories and turns are voted on by the community. The top-ranked entries receive award badges visible on the author's profile.
